Legion Fiber LLC ("Legion Fiber", "we", "us") provides fiber internet and television sales services and recruits independent sales representatives. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it across our websites, our app, and our hiring process.

Information we collect. When you apply to work with us through a job posting (for example on Indeed or Meta), you provide your name, phone number, email address, and any answers you include in your application. When you use our app as a representative, we collect account information and work activity data needed to run our sales operations. We also collect basic technical information such as device and usage data when you use our sites and app.

How we use it. We use applicant information to contact you about your application, schedule interviews, share assessment links, and coordinate onboarding. We use representative information to operate scheduling, sales tracking, and team communication. We do not sell your personal information.

SMS communications. If you apply to a job posting from Legion Fiber LLC and provide your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from us about your application, including interview scheduling, assessment links, and onboarding coordination. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. We do not share your opt-in information or phone number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Sharing. We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as our customer relationship, scheduling, and communication platforms, and only as needed to provide our services. These providers are bound to use the information solely on our behalf.

Retention. We keep applicant and representative information as long as needed for hiring, employment or contract administration, and legal compliance, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices. Text STOP to end SMS messages at any time. Email us at privacy@legionfiber.com to request access to or deletion of your information.
