SMS Consent

Effective October 4, 2026

Legion Fiber LLC is an independent sales company. Our representatives go door to door selling fiber internet for providers such as Kinetic and EzeeFiber. This page explains exactly how a customer agrees to receive text messages from us, and what we record when they do.

How you opt in at your door

1. You give the representative your number. When a Legion Fiber representative visits your door and you would like to hear more, you give them your mobile number for follow up texts about the internet service you asked about.

2. The representative taps Save and Text. In the Legion app, the representative saves you as a lead with the Save and Text button. That tap is the record of your consent. If you do not want texts, the representative taps Save Only instead, and no text is ever sent to you.

3. The app records your consent. At that moment the app stores the time, the representative who saved you, the provider you asked about, and the wording of your consent, under a version label so the record always shows the words that applied that day. Today the recorded wording reads, for a customer who asked about Kinetic:

“Gave their number to the rep at the door for follow up texts about Kinetic.” (version door_v5)

4. Your first text arrives. A first text comes from your representative’s work number, naming the provider you asked about, so you can save their contact.

What you will receive

Texts from your representative about the service you asked about: answers to your questions, follow ups about your interest, and reminders about your installation. Message frequency varies. Automated follow ups are at most one a day, for a short sequence, and only between 9am and 9pm in your local time. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop, and how to get help

Stop. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT work too. You will receive one confirmation and then no further texts from any Legion Fiber representative’s work number.

Start again. Reply START to opt back in.
