These terms govern use of Legion Fiber LLC's websites and app. By using them you agree to these terms.

Use of services. Our sites and app are for prospective and current Legion Fiber sales representatives and customers. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the services lawfully.

SMS program terms

Program name. Legion Fiber Recruiting, operated by Legion Fiber LLC.

Purpose. We send text messages to people who have applied to work with us, about their job application, interview scheduling, and onboarding updates. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

How you opt in. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our application page at legionfiber.app/apply, or by giving us your phone number and agreeing to receive texts through one of our job postings. The box is not checked for you, and consent is not a condition of employment. You can apply, interview, and be hired without ever agreeing to texts; we will reach you by email and phone call instead.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies, and depends on where you are in the hiring process.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier may.

How to stop. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts from this program.

How to get help. Text HELP for help, or contact us at the address below.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed on every carrier or device.

We do not sell or share your phone number or your SMS opt-in with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the rest of your information.

Accounts. Representative accounts are provisioned by Legion Fiber and may be suspended or removed at our discretion. You are responsible for activity under your account.

No warranty. Services are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legion Fiber disclaims all warranties and limits its liability to the amount you paid us to use the services, which is typically zero.

Changes. We may update these terms and the privacy policy. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
